All  our  engineers  are  Gas  Safe  registered,  fully  insured  and  CRB  checked.  This  is  also  a  requirement  of  our Buy With Confidence membership.

Our  engineers  are  experienced,  knowledgeable  and  receive  regular  training  both  in  house  and  externally. When they  arrive  they  will  explain  how  the  installation  will  be  carried  out.  They  will  also  protect  the  area they  are working  in  as  appropriate.  Afterwards  they  will  tidy  up  and  remove  and  dispose  of  any  packaging and  your  old appliance.

Following  this  they  will  explain  the  operation  and  features  of  your  new  product  and  complete  any  

guarantee paperwork.  Following  the  installation  Gas  Safe  will  be  notified  and  you  will  receive  a  Gas  Safe Buildings Regulation Certificate, usually with 4-6 weeks.
