Every  new  appliance  you  purchase  will  have  a  minimum  12  month  manufacturer guarantee.   Please   read  the   information   carefully   and   complete   and   return   any registration documents as required. Some  products carry  longer  guarantees,  for  example  up  to  10  years  on  certain Worcester  Bosch  boilers.

 These  extended guarantees  are  subject  to  conditions which  for  gas  products  will  always  include  an  annual  service  but  may also  involve parts being replaced. The  duration  of  the  guarantee  will  be  explained  at  the  time  of  purchase. Please  ask if you are unsure. Should   you   experience   a   fault   during   the   guarantee   period   please   get   in touch   and   we   will   make   any arrangements with the manufacturers. For some companies we are their dedicated engineers.
